Rifle/Carbine 2 (Low-Light)

LOCATION: Echo Valley Training Center - 268 Caliber Drive, High View, West Virginia 26808

DATE & TIME: August 13th, 2025 @ 2000 to August 14th, 2025 @ 0100

Foundational class. Students will review fighting Rifle/Carbine fundamentals in daylight and dusk conditions and then transition in low/no-light engagements. Course curriculum will include:

-appropriate use of white light

-primary and secondary transitions

-fundamental review

-target transitions and multiple target engagements

-reloads and malfunction remediation

Required Equipment:

-Fighting Rifle/Carbine with mounted white light (momentary remote required) and sling

-Three 30 rounds magazines for said rifle/carbine

-350 rounds of ammunition

-Sidearm with white light and one magazine and holster

-100 rounds of handgun/sidearm ammunition

-Weather appropriate footwear and clothing

Recommended Equipment:

-plate carrier/chest rig, battle belt, helmet
