Return & Exchange Policy
Soft Goods -
Due to our products essentially being "made-to-order", it is quite difficult to accommodate returns or exchanges of our products. Requests for return or exchange will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and be dependent on available stock.
Training Courses -
Requests for refund/cancellation of registration for any of our training courses will be honored in the following manner:
Individual officers/students will be refunded 75% of their registration costs if the refund/cancellation request is received before the registration closure date. No refunds will be given after the registration closure date.
Agency registrations will not be refunded. Period.
Night Vision Devices -
Our current stock of Night Vision equipment and devices are blemish units that do not have any warranty whatsoever. All sales are final and no refunds shall be given. If a device is advertised as "new" or "with warranty" (warranties for manufacturing defect only) the device has to be shipped to us and assessed for wear/damage before a refund can be issued. In the case we discover that the item is damaged, we will assess a 25% restocking fee if the buyer elects to continue with the return process, or we will ship the item back to the buyer and no refund will be issued. If the item is not damaged but the buyer elects to return the device anyway, a 5% restocking fee will be assessed with the refund.
